Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern sales concluded between NAS TRADING (hereinafter "the Seller") and any customer making a purchase on the hayacollectionqa.com website.
Article 2 — Products
The abayas offered on the website are artisanal creations made in Qatar. The photos are representative of the products, but slight color variations may exist depending on the screens.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. NAS TRADING reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 4 — Order
To place an order, the customer selects their items, chooses their size, and validates their cart. The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is automatically sent.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online securely via the methods offered by Shopify Payments. NAS TRADING does not store any banking data.
Article 6 — Delivery
- Shipping from Qatar within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation
- Delivery via Qatar Post
- Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days in France
- Free delivery from €150 purchase
NAS TRADING cannot be held responsible for delays related to postal services or customs.
Article 7 — Returns and refunds
- Return period: 14 days after receipt
- Unworn item, intact labels, in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return
Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Article 8 — Customer service
Our customer service is available from Sunday to Thursday, from 8 am to 6 pm (Doha, Qatar time).

Article 9 — Applicable law
These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction.
